Write a paragraph about the role of the women in the past.

The colonial women' role in the family was the keeper of the home, and that was all she was really allowed. She made the family' clothes, she provided a home cooked meal and took care of the children, all of this by herseft until the female children were old enough to be of use. She was, in fact, her husband slave. She had no say anything that went on. She could only meekly follow her husband commandment. She could do nothing for her sons, they was to be submissive only the father, or be apprenticed out.

Women's role has been changing a lot in mordern society. they play an integral role in both their homes and outside  in society. in their family, they have to do everything. they not only raise children but also look after husband and do household duties. they are busy working all day long, they are the last persons to go to bed at night and the first persons to get up in the morning. they can't be replace by no one else. morever, women have stable jobs in order to increase incomes to support and maintain the family. unlike the past, a growing number of women take part in many social activites. thereby, the possition position of women has been affirmed in numberous aspects in life. therefore, the roles of women and man becomes more equal. in closing, the women hold an important role in family and today's society.
