    ví dụ như là xem tivi,xài máy tính,tập thể dục, học tập ,nói chuyện ,đi chơi,lái xe đạp, ....

    cuối cùng là nêu lên calo mà nên sử dụng 1 này là bao nhiêu ,bạn thấy bạn xài như thế đã hợp lý chưa
