The social is developing, the letter is decreasing. Everybody keep in touch together by the social network, such as: facebook, zalo, viber, skype,.. I don’t realize the mean of love , the care that people give to someone. The past, anyone also do it by a letter. This reason I like collect the stamp.
A letter is always enclosed by the stamp that has different shape, color, image. So, my father is usually go away from my home, he write a letter per a week or the more if he feel homesick. At that time, I have been a child, I didn’t understand what was the letter write, my mom helped reading loudly for me. I accustomed to the mean of the letter by the way : remember the stamp is attached to outside that letter. After, I grew up a little, I watched the date in a stamp, I knew when my dad wrote letter again, when he come back with me. However , I continued finding the differences in a stamp., it was becoming a habit.
Now, I still save stamp collection in a small box, some of in that is failed by the long time. It’ s my memory when I miss someone, miss something that not appear beside me anytime. I am not only save my hobby not only save the emotions of my parents in the past

Philately is the pastime of collecting postage stamps. It is a hobby that originated within a few years of the first issue of penny postage in England in 1810. When and how the hobby started is not exactly known. The French were the earliest to make systematic collections. They noted the different shades and designs, different schemes of water-colour, different border-marks of stamps.
Stamps are printed not only for daily use, but also for commemorative purpose. We have had stamps commemorating our Independence, the Buddha Jayanti, the University’s Centenary, and our eminent leaders like Gandhiji, Nehru, Netaji, and Dr. Ambedkar. Hence, stamps have an historical importance and remind us of past glories. Stamps also carry geographical information. A Tasmani in stamp will tell us of waterfalls and lakes in that island (Australia). We can know from postage stamps something of the flora and the fauna of a country, its art and architecture, its great men and great achievements. Stamps have been truly described as ‘medals stamped on paper’.
Philately was recommended as a hobby worth cultivating by no less a person than Thomas Huxley, the Scientist. As a hobby, it is of absorbing interest. The stamp-collector has friends all over the world with whom to consult and exchange interest and information. It helps a man to get a pleasant relief from the tiresome preoccupations of life.
We live in a utilitarian age. The profit-motive is paramount with us. Philately is also a profitable business. Valuable collections fetch fabulous sums. There is a regular market for the buying and selling of old stamps. To secure good specimens, to build up a neat and presentable album is the joy which a stamp-collector can have enough.
A good collector then can go to the market and sell his collection at considerable profit. Pleasure is thus coined into profit. It is the same with the collection of old coins. That surely is an ample source of satisfaction.

Egg coffee, called Cà Phê Trứng in Vietnamese, was first invented by Nguyen Giang in 1946. There was a shortage of milk in Hanoi due to the French War. Mr. Nguyen reatively began adding whisked eggs to his coffee instead.
The original version was a bit, well, eggy. But over time the recipe was modified with the addition of sugar, condensed milk, and even Laughing Cow cheese. No one knows the recipe for sure since it’s a secret recipe. These days Egg Coffee is a staple of Hanoi coffee culture and a must-try while in Hanoi!
What does it taste like? Well it’s incredibly thick and rich and creamy. Closer to a dessert than a beverage. Liquid tiramisu is the most accurate description we’ve heard.
Nguyen Giang still has a café where you can try his famous recipe, or you can grab a cup of Egg Coffee at dozens of coffee shops all over Hanoi.

2. Why did Nguyen Giang add whisked eggs to his coffee?
