My name is hung, in 2014 I was six years old and I have remembered a very important event that happened in my life. My parents decided to admit me to the nearest school. The date was 22th August 2014. I was really excited about the whole thing. I went there with both of my father and mother.
They brought me to the headmaster’s room. Later I knew that the headmaster was a friend of my father. He asked me a few basic questions about letters and poems. I learned so many poems and knew all the letters, and I answered him properly. Then I got admitted there.

So the day started off as any school day would, waking up. It would probably be the worst part of going to school, especially on a Monday morning. Besides that point, I got dressed, ate some breakfast, and went to go get on the bus. It was the first day of school, so nobody was excited for waking up and getting on this bus. As I stepped onto the bus I smelled that familiar smell that I missed from my daily routine this summer. It was a quiet bus ride for me, but I was excited to see my friends in homeroom. When I walked in I saw all these fun colors and a nicely decorated class along with some students already in their seats. In homeroom, I got to see all my friends and watched the morning announcements play. Looks like I'm gonna actually have to learn today. Seeing as it was the first day nobody knew what class we had first, except me. I was always the one that knew the schedule and had all my materials organized. That's why when the bell rang for the first class everyone swarmed around me. We had ELA first, that meant we stayed with Mrs. Vann Harrell. She seemed really nice. The first thing I did was get into my binder and get my ELA folder organized based on what things we were gonna do that year for her class. I figured all of the classes were gonna be the same, syllabus and surveys about ourselves. I sat near my friends and listened while taking notes. I was the only one to do that because I want to have a paper for the expectations Mrs. Vann Harrell had for us. I was excited and scared at the same time for this upcoming school year. That was because there seemed to be a lot of work coming my way, but that's what happens when you're a magnet student. The class seemed to fly by, and when there were 5 minutes class I made sure that I put my papers back to their correct place, I hated it when they were all over my binder. Next we had Algebra. I guess it's time to get back into the groove of switching classes, and the crowded hallways, they were my least favorite. We did the same thing in that class too. I once again was the only person to take notes. “Do we have to take notes?” Kelly asked me. “No, I wanted to take notes so I know the teachers' expectations for me,” I replied giving her a thumbs...

Local broken rice eateries can practically be found on every street in Saigon. Egg coffee, called Cà Phê Trứng in Vietnamese, was first invented by Nguyen Giang in 1946. There was a shortage of milk in Hanoi due to the French War. Mr. Nguyen reatively began adding whisked eggs to his coffee instead.
The original version was a bit, well, eggy. But over time the recipe was modified with the addition of sugar, condensed milk, and even Laughing Cow cheese. No one knows the recipe for sure since it’s a secret recipe. These days Egg Coffee is a staple of Hanoi coffee culture and a must-try while in Hanoi!
What does it taste like? Well it’s incredibly thick and rich and creamy. Closer to a dessert than a beverage. Liquid tiramisu is the most accurate description we’ve heard.
Nguyen Giang still has a café where you can try his famous recipe, or you can grab a cup of Egg Coffee at dozens of coffee shops all over Hanoi.

2. Why did Nguyen Giang add whisked eggs to his coffee?
3. What is the recipe to make egg coffee nowadays?
4. What does egg coffee taste like?
