1.1. Simple tense (Thì hiện tại đơn)

- Cách dùng
- Dùng để chỉ một thói quen ở hiện tại
- Ex: She usually gets up at 6 a.m.
- Dùng để chỉ một sự thật hiển nhiên, một chân lý.
- Ex: The sun rises in the East and sets in the West. (Mặt trời mọc ở hướng Đông và lặn ở hướng Tây)
- The Earth moves around the sun. (Trái đất quay quanh mặt trời)
- Dùng để chỉ một thói quen ở hiện tại
- Dấu hiệu nhận biết: Trong câu thường có các từ
- always, usually, often, sometimes, seldom (hiếm khi), never,…
- every____ (every day, every week, every night,…..),
- twice a week, once a week….
1.2. enough
- Công thức: S + be + not + adj + enough + to V ….: không đủ … để …
- Ex: He is not strong enough to lift the box. (Anh ấy không đủ mạnh để nhấc cái hộp.)
- She is not old enough to go to school. (Cô ấy không đủ tuổi để đi học)
