Unit 5 lớp 8 Language Focus - Ngữ pháp Study Habits

• Ngay sau động từ hay sau túc từ nếu có
  • She danced beautifully.(Cô ấy múa đẹp )
• Đứng trước hay sau giới từ nếu có:
  • He look at me suspiciously. (Anh ấy nhìn tôi một cách nghi ngờ)
• Nếu phó tực hỉ thể cách dưngd sau một mệnh đề hay phó từ, nó mặc nhiên phụ nghĩa cho động từ của mệnh đề hay phó từ đó.
• Đa số phó từ chỉ thể cách đc thành lập bằng cách thêm yếu tố từ -ly vào tính từ: Adjective + -ly --> Adverb of manner.
  • warm + ly--> warmly

- Tính từ tận cùng là " y" đổi thành "i" trước khi thêm "-ly"

- Tính từ tận cùng là "e" đc giữ "e" lại rồi thêm "-ly"

- Ngoại lệ: true --> truly

- Tính từ tận cùng là " phụ âm + le" bỏ "e" thêm "-ly"

- Phó từ chỉ thể cách của good là well.

• dùng để diễn tả lời khuyên có tính các nhân.
  • You should read the book.It's very good.

Câu tường thuật là lời nói của một người được thuật lại theo từ của ng thuật lại nhưng không đổi ý của lời nói ban đầu.

Quy tắc chung: mệnh lệnh, yêu cầu và lời khuyên trong câu tường thuật thường đc diễn tả bằng một đọng từ chỉ mệnh lệnh theo yêu cầu hay lời khuyên theo cấu trúc.

• Dạng xác định: S + verb of command/advice... + O + to-infinitive.
  • He said: " lie down, Tom.:

--> He told Tom to lie down.

• Dạng phủ định: S + verb of command/advice...+ O + not to-infinitive.
  • "Don't swim out too far", I said.

--> I warn the boys not to swim out to far.

• Câu mệnh lệnh: Khi thuật lại một mệnh lệnh của ai ta thường dùng động từ tường thuật như: tell, order, command, urge, warn.
• Câu yêu cầu: Lời yêu cầu gián tiếp đc dùng với các động từ chỉ sự yêu cầu như: beg, tell, ask, invite, remind.
• Câu trực tiếp thường có cầu trúc
  • Please +(do/don't) + V 
  • Will/would/ can/could + S + (not) + V + O?
  • Would you mind + (not) + V-ing + O ?
• Câu lời khuyên: Khi tường thuật lời khuyên sang câu gián tiếp ta thường dùng các động từ: advise, recommend, encourage...
• Câu lời khuyên trực tiếp thường có cấu trúc
  • (Don't) + V + O.
  • S + should/ought to/had better + V + O.
  • Why don't you + V + O ?
  • If I were you, I would + V + O
