For each of us, the happiest is being born and growing in the love of the loved ones in the family. In life everyone wants to be surrounded with family, when away from home everyone feels nostalgic, wishes to live in the feeling of being together with beloved family. And when we get tired of the chaos of life, family is also the first place we want to find. Each family is considered a cell of society, each happy family contributes a part to making a prosperous and prosperous society. The happiness of every family is extremely important, June 28 every year is considered to be the Vietnamese family day to remind each individual and each family to honor their own family happiness. In every happy moment of the family, the happiest is the moment in the family meal filled with laughter, when all the members gathered. To celebrate the Vietnamese family honor in 2015, the theme continues to be taken as: "warm and loving family meal"
"Warm family loving meal"! A family meal is a time when all family members gather to eat together. Family meal is not only a meal that provides energy to activate the body but it is also a place to connect the love of family members, showing the traditional culture of a family, of a country. A place where everyone feels real love, caring for each other, the connection between parents and children, between one generation and another. That is the warm family love meal.
There are family meals, though simple, frugal but very warm and full of gratitude. After a day of hard work, work and study, focusing on each person's own work, the meal is a time for loving family. That is when people return to their homes and because their family is the most peaceful and happy place for people to find. Meals are the most valuable time of the day for parents and children to be close and talk, confiding confidently, stories that are easy to comment on, even give opinions about many problems of the day. And that is when parents learn about their children's education, friendships and wishes, and see how they grow up day by day with the conduct of their meals. The family helps each member to be happy, relax, clear away all sorrow, find love and sharing. Family meals help people recharge energy both physically and mentally. It is easy to understand that every family meal is filled with laughter, the fun stories share never ends. . . That is the foundation of family happiness!
Through family meals, children are educated with many virtues: being patient and giving delicious food to others, practicing good habits while eating. Right from a young age, children have been trained by their parents for the good habit of knowing: "to look after the pot, to sit in the middle of the direction", to know the ceremony around the tray of rice. For adults, this is the time to share with each other difficulties after a hard working day, or to tell each other interesting stories of life, to give each other ideas together. good and rise. And above all family meal is the key, the fire preserving family happiness. The material and spiritual values after each meal are invaluable, a catalyst for connecting a happy family. At the meal, the most important thing is the family gathering enough, chatting about the events of the day. No matter how modern society is, the good traditional values, namely family meals, always occupy an important position at all times. Please respect and take advantage of the very small things from the family meal in keeping the home and nurturing the soul because it will create a great happiness!
Life is a constant stream, people are always busy with their own work and become busy. To get a full meal of happy members also became rare. There are always available reasons that are considered normal for people to refuse a warm family meal. They pretended that life was still difficult to work on to find material things, to satisfy material desires, to forget, to downplay spiritual values, to downplay the warm atmosphere of family meals. Children with a heavy extra-curricular schedule, extra-curricular activities, parents busy with work, working overtime, those who eat first, people who eat later, or even eat joint attacks, they have to eat quickly, eat gold regularly, eat enlist because too busy, losing the atmosphere of professional fun, confidential, warm. Therefore, the intimate, cozy meal in the Vietnamese family, which was lacking for a while, is now disappearing because of the economy and lack of time. And it is a pity that many family meals today are no longer warm.bởi Huất Lộc 12/03/2020Like (0) Báo cáo sai phạm -

Egg coffee, called Cà Phê Trứng in Vietnamese, was first invented by Nguyen Giang in 1946. There was a shortage of milk in Hanoi due to the French War. Mr. Nguyen reatively began adding whisked eggs to his coffee instead.
The original version was a bit, well, eggy. But over time the recipe was modified with the addition of sugar, condensed milk, and even Laughing Cow cheese. No one knows the recipe for sure since it’s a secret recipe. These days Egg Coffee is a staple of Hanoi coffee culture and a must-try while in Hanoi!
What does it taste like? Well it’s incredibly thick and rich and creamy. Closer to a dessert than a beverage. Liquid tiramisu is the most accurate description we’ve heard.
Nguyen Giang still has a café where you can try his famous recipe, or you can grab a cup of Egg Coffee at dozens of coffee shops all over Hanoi.
1. Who invented egg coffee?
2. Why did Nguyen Giang add whisked eggs to his coffee?
3. What is the recipe to make egg coffee nowadays?
4. What does egg coffee taste like?
5. Where can we buy this type of coffee?
